Research and Educational Infrastructure

The infrastructure and facilities of the Department of Biology of NKUA are used in the research and educational activities of the postgraduate program. The infrastructure consists of auditoriums equipped with modern audio-visual media, libraries and reading rooms, seminar rooms and the necessary high-tech research laboratories in which the postgraduates undertake their diploma dissertation research. In addition, the infrastructure of the program is complemented by the facilities of the Botanical Museum, the Botanical Garden, the Mycetotheque and the Zoological Museum of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
